Bloom Business Development, LLC (“Bloom,” “we,” “us”) operates bloombusinessdevelopment.net. This Privacy Policy describes information we collect through Bloom’s website forms and how we use and share it in connection with the services those forms support.
Depending on the form you use, Bloom receives information you submit such as your name, email address, phone number, company information, requested service, and details you choose to provide.
Construction inquiries may include project names, bid dates, trade or scope details, and uploaded project files. Home Services inquiries may include business type and follow-up challenges. Growth conversation requests may include growth priorities, preferred date/time, and preferred contact method. Notary appointment requests may include the requested Kentucky location, appointment preferences, and basic document information. The RON notification form collects contact details and a request to be notified when that service becomes available.
Please do not upload identification documents, Social Security numbers, or sensitive notarization documents through the Notary forms. Submit only project materials you are authorized to share.
We use form submissions to respond to inquiries, review service needs, organize project or appointment requests, and provide service follow-up related to what you requested. The RON notification list is separate from notary appointment requests.
Bloom’s website forms are powered by HighLevel/LeadConnector. When you submit a form, your submission is received and organized in Bloom’s CRM so we can respond and follow up about the requested service. HighLevel/LeadConnector may process your information on Bloom’s behalf to provide these services.
Bloom uses Cloudflare Insights to help measure website performance and reliability. Cloudflare may receive technical data when you visit the site (for example, your IP address and browser/device information) to provide analytics and security/performance services.
Bloom may share information in these limited circumstances:
Bloom does not sell personal information. Bloom also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising).
Bloom uses the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the service you requested. Your preferred contact method may be collected on certain forms and we aim to use that preference for service-related follow-up.
If you join the RON notification list, we will use your contact information to notify you if and when Bloom offers Remote Online Notarization (RON). The RON notification list is separate from notary appointment requests.
For privacy questions or requests concerning information you submitted (including requests to access, correct, or delete), contact [email protected].
We may need to verify your request before acting on it. Bloom does not publish a specific retention period in this policy, and we do not guarantee deletion in every circumstance (for example, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes).
